Hi, I’m Mads, and I used to think I just needed to rest more. I was wrong.

Many years ago, in my mid 20s, I was constantly stressed, overwhelmed and running on fumes. My skin was BAD, my cycle was irregular, my moods were all over the place, and I was waking up exhausted.
