  • The Healing Foundations program is a 7-day guided program, where each day educates you on a new foundational habit that is not a nice to have, but essential that you do every day if you want to clear your symptoms and keep them away.

  • You will receive immediate access to the platform and resources after signing up and will have 14 days to complete the 7 day program. This allows time either side of the program to prepare anything you need (eg. grocery shopping) and to catch up on any days missed after the program.

    Program access is limited to 14 days to prevent you from procrastinating, as many women do with their health. It’s time to commit to your health and make it a priority.

  • Each day includes one short video and one simple habit to focus on. Learning each habit should take maximum 10 minutes per day. The implementation is then designed to fit into your existing diet and real life, not overhaul it.

  • Absolutely not. These small tweaks that make the biggest difference are designed to fit into your existing diet and lifestyle. Hi, I’m Mads!

Women’s health naturopath, nutritionist, scientist and educator.
But I didn’t always know what I was doing…

Many years ago, in my mid 20s, I was constantly stressed, overwhelmed and running on fumes. My skin was BAD, my cycle was irregular, my moods were all over the place, and I was waking up exhausted.

My acne and other symptoms kept coming back. When I went deeper into the biology, everything clicked.

My body was stuck in survival mode. I was focusing on foods to restrict and worrying about trigger foods instead of my nutrient deficiencies and what my body needed MORE of to heal. My nervous system was burnt out. My skin and cycle were reacting to everything with no obvious pattern.

But once I learnt how to properly support my body and how easy it gets to be when you actually know what you’re doing and what matters, everything changed and I stopped wasting time, money and effort on the wrong things!
