I hear so many people complain about changing their diet because it’s "too hard", but eating healthy does NOT need to be hard.


Whether you are going dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free or just generally eating healthier, there are incredible alternatives these days which means you never have to miss out on your favourite foods!

 

Here are a few tips to help:

  • Choose your cafe/restaurant based on those who cater to your dietary requirements (if they can adapt and are not a one-hit-wonder, they are probably a better chef too)

 

  • Pack healthy snacks! This way you won’t find yourself stuck and having to settle for just anything nearby. My favourite on the go snacks are the Health Lab snack balls 👌🏼

 

  • Make food from scratch at home so that you know exactly what’s in it
